iESE Rapid Improvement Reviews have helped authorities save millions of pounds, deliver more effective services with motivated staff and improve customer focus – and we are now offering these for waste services.

Through a match-funding approach supported by Defra, iESE is offering bespoke Rapid Improvement Reviews to authorities. The reviews assist councils who want to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their services, whilst delivering support in a practical way.
