Future of Local Government Audit Workshop, February 1st – book your free place today

Free workshop giving Finance Directors/Treasurers, Heads of Audit Services and Cabinet Members a chance to start shaping the future of local audit services.

iESE will be hosting a workshop with The Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) at 1pm on 1 February 2012 where local authorities will have the opportunity to engage with DCLG on the proposed framework for the way ahead for local audit services. The event will also be attended by the National Audit office giving public bodies the chance to shape the early thinking on local value for money arrangements within the new framework.

This event will be of interest to Finance Directors/Treasurers and Heads of Audit Services and Cabinet Members with portfolio responsibility for Audit.

45 – 50 places are available for the workshops on a first come first served basis – uptake for these sessions has been great, although places still remain.
