What did we set out to achieve?
- To appoint an IESE framework consultant within two weeks at a competitive price

- To enable councils to simplify their appointment process in construction projects
- To enable councils to benchmark their performance
What have we achieved so far?
This project was launched in July 2009, therefore it is too early to report achievements. However, we will update this section in the coming months.
