Construction and Asset Management

About Us

The Construction and Asset Management programme offers a range of procurement and project delivery arrangements through Consultancy and Construction Frameworks. These Frameworks are open to all Public Authorities in the South East and London, and in the last 5 years have seen over 50 separate Authorities engage, delivering over £92m in savings on £1.3bn worth of work.

The Framework sets out to deliver both cost and programme predictability for the client through the early engagement of the Contractor, whilst driving key performance indicators such as Apprentices, SME Engagement and Waste Diverted from Landfill.

iESE provide a Framework Management role which guides Local Authorities through the procurement of the Consultant and/or Contractor, and supports the Local Authority through a quality assurance process once the appointment has been issued to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
